Pipe/Duct Tags Move when Offset is Changed?

When I change the offset of some pipe of duct, the tags move along the pipe from where they were initially placed. Is this expected behaviour? The greater the change in the offset the more the tags seem to move.

I haven't seen that behavior before, my tags never seem to move relative to the piece that is tagged. Have you ensured that your tag family is centered on the origin?

That was what I first checked (and remedied). The tags still move, but not nearly as drastically. The tags that aren't on the piece of pipe that is changed are the ones that are most affected.

I just checked in one of my current projects. It doesn't matter which way I move the part the tag stays in the exact position relative to the part being moved. I am using Fabrication Parts though, maybe Autodesk did something right in the fabrication department?
