Visibility - only one chceck box

    Hi all,

i need help with checking visibility box. I have four instant parameters of visibility and i need always only one box checked.

    Example:

If i put in family to project, parameter A is checked, B,C,D is unchecked.

If i checked parameter B, a need to automatic uncheck A.
If i checked parameter C, a need to automatic uncheck B.

and so on. Just only one parameter check automately.

Is it possible to make it by If/than?

    Thank you very much. Lukas

It's possibly using a fifth parameter called user input, where the user inputs a 1,2,3, or 4. Or using a family type selector parameter.

Can't do it with just four yes/no parameters.

Sent from my Phablet. Please excuse typos... and bad ideas.

in the hopes that eventually this can be built in & we won't need workarounds

Its possible... its just a real pain to implement.

(This is from a AU document called AB327-4 Fuzzy Math Essentials for Revit Family Builders)

If there are more than two exclusive options (Parameter A = Test, Parameter B = NOT(Test)) then use a Type selector with nested family.
If you want to set a lot of parameters at the same time with one selection.. that is what Types are for.
