How to get the Type Parameter from a family to the properties palette in the project

    Hi,

I have created a sphere with a diameter and if possible, I'd like to have it available in the properties palette so that I could edit it more easily, but i didn't figure out how to do that and somehow didn't find material on that subject.

While messing around I created a shared parameter just to see if I could get that one to the properties palette and then connect it to the "diameter" but that didn't seem to be a successful strategy.
