    Plumbing family - Fixture Units

Someone in my company created plumbing fixture families, but they don't translate the fixture units to the piping. I added them as an instance parameter, but I still can't get them to add up along the piping. Any suggestions as to why they wouldn't?

The plumbing fixture needs to have a connector with the "Fixture Units" type (Instead of flow).
Then link your instance/type parameter to the fixture units in the connector.

The piping system also needs to be set to fixture units and then it should work.
