    Converting Hosting Type

I have a bunch of non-hosted families, is there a way to convert these to face hosted without having to recreate them all from scratch? I am using Revit 2015.

    Thanks

Or just find the tick box that says "Workplane Based" and turn it on. Then you can put them on any face.

Only downside to Workplane based families is sometimes they dont copy monitor properly (They all appear on the ground floor with offset 0 in the other model because revit cant determine their reference height properly).
