Schedule/Quantities - How to schedule only one item of each

    Hi guys!

I'm a newbie to the Revit scene. I'm currently working on a footing layout and trying to create a schedule list of footings. Each footing have multiple counts and I just want to list only one footing of each type instead of the whole lot. I can remove it but it will also remove the tags on the model. Is there a way around this? I've mucked around with the filterings but still with no luck. Been searching everywhere to find a solution with no success.

As you can see from the screenshot, I have 6 types of footings. P1 to P6. Just want to show one of each. Basically like a legend table.

In schedule properties uncheck Itemize Every Instance.

OMG! I knew it was something as simple as that...
I see that option so many times but never thought to try and un-tick it to see what it does.
      Thank a million mate!
