You are loading parameters in a label for a family. Looks like a Titleblock?
What you need to do after loading the family into the project is load the Shared Parameters into the Project too. You can do this by going to Manage > Project Parameters > Add. After doing this they will be editable in the project.

      Hi mdradvies,
      Thanks for your suggestion but...

      still unsuccessful to me.
the following is the procedure I did, please kindly rectify me. Thanks a million.

      1. First of all, i would like to create the editable Text as shown in figure ( issue 1)
This would be in my template title block.
      2. What i would like to do is to create a new label such as APPROVER , DESIGNER or DRAWN BY ...
The problem is I can't repeat the same Category Parameter for different description. So, I tried to create new as in (issue-2)
3.Then as per (issue-3), I created new one.
4.Then I load this family to my project.
5.It doesnt' appear in Property dialogue box like others (Issue-4)
      6. When I click the title block I can see the QuestionMark Sign (?) but can't edit it.

      I tried as you advised,
Precedure as shown in (issue 5,6&6.1)

      But something's still wrong ...

      Please help me ...

Could you post or email the family for me to look at?

The problem is the category of the Vice President Parameter. You used "Family Type", and this should be "Text".
Since it's a shared parameter, you can't alter it. So delete the existing Vice President paramater, recreate it in the "Text" Category and apply as you did this one.
Inside the project, go to Manage > Project Parameters. Remove the old VP parameter and load the new one. You'll need to apply this to Project Information (NOT sheets. Well you can, but it won't have any effect...)

btw: "Family Type" is used for parameters which control the usage of different components. For instance: you have a window family in which a few panels are nested (glazing, turning window, tilting window, and so on). The "Family Type" category lets you create a parameter to swop different panels in the family.

I emailed you the family back. Tested in a project and it works.
