Beam Cut

I have cut those steel beam slanted as shown in the attached image below.

the building consist of 3 blocks
eg.
1 east block,
2. west block,
3. north block.

all the blocks are worked in separate file, after completing it is combined into a single model

the problem is after binding the model the cut using reference plane was lost.

Can you copy paste same place including the ref plane from one model to the other?

If I use the copy / paste option, the tags , dimensions and other elements will lost.

You will want to create everything in one model. Our office attempted what you are trying to do on a project quite a few years ago and it was nothing but trouble.
