I am new to Revit. I wanted to draw a beam with drop. Kindly advise which is the best way to draw it.
Family creation? Or using Component? I had attached a beam elevation for reference. Please advise how

That will have to be a custom family created. I would suggest starting with the concrete beam and doing a save as, this way you can see how it was created and modify it from there. However the OOTB family is a sweep and it may be easier for you to make this via an extrusion created in the Front/Back view.
