Multistory piping sytem, system browser

Hi there. I'm working on a multistory block - 14 floors. How best can I create the piping sytem in it so Revit MEP gives me its best performance?

Could i just select every fixture and just create 1 - cold water system (containing say 100 fixtures), 1 - hot water systems (100 fixtures) and 1 sanitary system (100 + fixtures)?

Or is it better to separate these into sub systems of rooms and floors? I tried initially but some systems contained fixtures with piping and some contained just fixtures (no piping) :crazy:

Any advice would do.
