Cannot turn off a workset

Cannot turn off a workset

The architects made it easier for the MEP group and placed a egress path of its own workset. But for some reason I cannot turn it off all of the sudden, it did work until today.
Any ideas?

This is a complete shot in the dark, but is there any way that someone using the Arch model "Owns" that workset before the sent it to you?

no... we are a MEP-A shop and everything is being done in house... I looked over the arch model with a fine tooth cone and it's perfect.
