Revit mep sample project file

Hi, I am an mep student currently doing my dissertation on BIM. I was wondering if anyone had a Revit MEP sample project I could explore in terms of scheduling, categories used etc. I have used the one provided by autodesk but i wanted to explore another project if possible in case i missed anything. The file would not be used for any other purpose, just for research only.

The MEP sample that comes with Revit is more than efficient. In fact, it's actually done very well (especially from an educational standpoint) and you'll find it is more complete than in-house projects of other companies who use Revit since this platform is still in transition for many in the industry.

Also, most people couldn't share one of their company's project if they wanted to, due to sensitive information in the file and other legalities, but you may find someone who's willing to share.
