    Revit - Dialux link

    Good evening chaps.
Does anyone have any details of the fabled Revit - Dialux link? I have heard rumours of such a device however have raked about to no avail.
Neither Revit nor Dialux seem to boast of this which I take to be a bit of an ominous portent.
Can anyone comment on their own knowledge of this?

    Hello Mog505,

The program MagiCad (a library program for Revit) has a function to link Revit to Dialux.

Revit to Dialux means the use of gbxml export, for a room by room study. No knowledge about the Dialux plugin for MEP, sorry.

Yes i know that way, but the plugin i mentioned enables you to also export the data out of dialux, and have all the luminaries imported to your model

You can export a 3D dwg from DIALux its not a revit family but it dose put a 3d object of the correct size & elevation into revit & in the right place
