    Adding Standard specifications

    Hello all,
    I am trying to figure out the best way to create a sheet of specifications that I can use for our office standard.
    I would like to be able to edit the specifications for each job and keep the formatting. I currently use excel to create the specification and would like to be able to link it in to revit but can't seems to find a way to do this. What is the best way to accomplish getting specifications into revit.

      Create Legends or Note Blocks for just text (under Schedules) and save them in your Template. Excel is obsolete if you set these up once correctly.
