duct with veins, array radius , length increase

Hope this explains what I require, the idea would be the thickness of the duct can be changed and the "veins" inside will increase in number depending on thickness . normally I would use an array, however the lines need to increase in length and the radius of each line is different, this is wrecking my brain, any help would be appreciated :banghead::banghead:
