    Family Creation Outline?

I know that in some larger firms, they might have several people dedicated to creating families. I wonder if any of those people are here. If they are, I wonder if they could share their process/outline/form for what is submitted to them; how do you get all the information you need to begin creating the requested families?

I would always ask for a cut sheet (or sketch if they didn't have a cut sheet) and then ask what they needed or thought they might need to be parametric and scheduleable.

We have a premade email that they fill out, that gets sent to me. It goes to a particular folder of my inbox, and gets a conversation started from there. The users arent the final say in how it gets built, but the form starts the productive conversation.
