View Title with multiple Extension Lines?

I'm trying to create a view title with multiple extension lines. Is there any way to do this with an instance parameter for the length of the lines (or some other clean and simple way)? I've attached an example of what I'm trying to do.

You cant do it with an instance parameter, either... Since you dont place instances of the view title, you place "Viewports" which use Types of View Titles.

The only way is to use the system extension line (1 line) or have a different View Title Type for each length of extension lines, and have different Viewport types.
