    Adaptive Comp family missing??

    Hi all,
    Revit 2012.

I wanted to test some theories with adaptive components today, so like normal, off the recent files page, I select the "New Coneptual Mass" and the template file dialogue box appears.
It shows the Metric Mass.rft file but not the Adaptive component file

Does anyone know why this would not be installed?

I had the same problem last week and downloaded it from the below site. It is for 2012 Structure thou. But I assume there similar.

    Autodesk - Autodesk Revit Structure Services & Support - Autodesk® Revit® Structure 2012—English

I had a bit of a Google around last week and found it's a similar problem with other users.

In Rst, I have it as Generic model (adaptive), not in the mass folder, it's with the others families templates.
I also shared some in RFO, look in a recent thread about pipes.

          Yep--Generic Model-Adaptive Component.

Also very useful is the Curtain Panel--Pattern Based Adaptive Component.
