Segmented Sweep or Joining Two Sweeps?

I'm trying to model the edge profile for an atrium condition. The west and south side have slightly different profiles (one is wider than the other as you can see in the screenshot). I made them as two different sweeps in a model-in-place component. How/is it possible to get them to join? Or what is the better way to go about modeling this? Is it possible to do a segmented sweep?

If they have different profiles, you can't join them.
Besides that, I wouldn't go with an In-Place Sweep for this.
Try this (bit more modelling work but it will in fact work):
    1. Create a Generic Model for the inner (and if necessary) outer corner. Connect both sweeps here.
    2. Create a Line Based Generic Model for both profiles which allows you to sweep the profiles.
    3. Nest in the endpiece created in 1. to make proper connections possible.

Now you have a lot more freedom to place and manage the sweeps.
