Light Fixture Tags

How does one show light fixture tags in RCP? F1, F2, etc...surely Revit has made an easy way to do it that I'm just not finding.

how do you get light fixtures to glow?

Yes there is probably a very easy answer to this but I cant find anything regarding making the light fixture, for example a recessed can light, to "glow"...
