Is it possible to accurately import an aerial that comes with a DWG survey package?

I've got a survey that came with a high-resolution aerial photo, properly aligned with the CAD data. Is there any way to import the aligned aerial into Revit?

    Possible, yes. Easy, no.

First, the image will come in at a random scale regardless, so you will need something you can snap too, in your plan.
Second, Revit will automatically downgrade it to 72dpi, regardless. So, youll have to hack it in to pieces, if you want it to look decent.

Third, with the advent of Realistic view, you CAN put it on a Material, using the hi res image... And get some amazing results. Scott Brown (i think?) has some examples in the Rendering forum. I would try that before i would goof around with the above suggestions.

Awesome. I hadn't thought of making a material. This gives me a few paths to explore. Thanks!
