Revit Batch Print Extension

I am trying to use Batch Print however it is continually prompting me for a file name after each sheet. Seems a bit ridiculus when it says in help that

"After preparing the default printer and the Revit project, use Batch Print to send any number of drawings to the printer and to control the order in which they print. When you start the print job, Batch Print manages the printing of the drawings, requiring no further interaction from you. If desired, you can monitor the progress of the print job using a status dialog. "

Am I missing something? The box to combine multiple drawings into one file is checked and my printer is all pdf.

I have found that after making some adjustments within the printer interface, that if you are not careful, the button to designate separate printing clicks on again, even though you had purposely un-clicked it at the start and clicked the batch one. So have a quick peek at that button before you go ok.

I agree with that assessment. Every time I switch printers, then back to PDF the Create Separate Files button is on. I've had to suffer through the accepting of the file name dialog for every sheet in 200+ sheets of dwgs more than once. Happened to me again yesterday and I just killed Revit with Task Mgr. Screw that dialog
I'm retired, if you don't like it, go around!

I don't think the batch print utility works with virtual printers, such as PDF.

I am using PDF exchange is there a setting for the create multiples in there somewhere too you are checking or are you just saying that after you change settings and then go back it checks the box for separate files. In Revit it actually doesnt even allow me to check the box for separate files.
