    Rendering Elevations

Is there a trick to get elevations to render out with a background other than blah grey other than trying to set up a camera?* I've tried the elevation view itself and the 3D view set to the various sides (Front, Back etc) and both come out with a blah background.*

This was all going through Autodesk's cloud rendering - so it's possible I'm just not seeing a rendering options somewhere.

You should be able to specify a background image in Revit 2011 and 2012. Orient camera to Front, side etc. In render settings, select Image for background.

Note that doing this does change the lighting of the rendering, so you may need to adjust sun settings and/or exposure.
