    Beam issue!!

    hi, is it possible that the beam end point or starting point like the wall when you right clicking the point there is command that says "disallow join"? because i want my beam not to join with the other beam cause i want it to extend a liitle bit away from the column. is it possible? thanks masters.

      I dont have Revit open right now.. but.

      If you change the "z-Direction Justification" of the two beams to differ from eachother... They technically should not auto join anymore.

        Hi,

        you may try the unjoin button, Modify tab. Otherwise, extend manually the end of the beam.

        A capture of your screen may help too....

          I have the same problem, but the thing is that I need to make a small (55 mm) gap between different family beams. And they always auto-join... Any suggestion how to trick that?
