On a default install it should go to C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RAC 2012\Libraries.

Its should get installed with the software, when you go to load a family, does nothing show Up?

If it didn't install, re-run the installer from Control Panel, and choose the option to Add Content. You may not have downlaoded it the first time.

Hi Scott, but i think there is RAC library you can download from and this should be in autodesk website.
and then you can copy the downloaded folder into programme data/Autodesk/RAC...
              so we need a link.

The library for 2011 is available here: Autodesk - Autodesk Revit Architecture Services & Support - Templates & Libraries
For 2012, as Scott suggested

the programme by default will lead you to this path when you willing to put component unless you did not download content which take hours if you do not have high speed. another option is to reinstall revit and make sure you click on check mark of imperial library or metric library.
