    Wall Corner Not Joining Correctly.

    CGFEBA.bmp

I have a 12" foundation concrete wall with a 6"x6" shelv for stone to sit on top.
when I stretch down the stone material 6" below to sit on top of the foundation im getting this corner witch is not joinning correctly.
Can someone help me please? been trying to fix this for a while now and I can't get it to work.
I have a picture attached to this post.
    Thank you.

Try to miter the joins for both foundation and stone wall. This will probably solve it. You can find it in the Modify tab under Geometry > Wall Join.

Try using Disallow Join on the walls.

I know I'm late with the post, but perhaps this will help someone...

I can't tell just by sight, but I would try checking
            The walls' category (structural/architectural)
The finishes layers (for example, if the layer of one wall has an uncorrectly categorized finish, or if you edited the height of a finish layer, the structural material in the corner will follow it)
Hidden voids that are cutting the geometry.

If non of those work, I would make a model in-place component.

            Greetings!
