Shading bearing/structural walls on an Architectural floor plan?

    Hi.

Ok, so I have an architectural model, where I have many existing walls that are all pretty much the same (Basic Walls), no materials, nothing.

Another consultant would like to see which walls are bearing/structural, and I would like to have this incorporated into my current model, so that I have an idea myself.

This is an existing building, which is pretty much already drawn up, I realize there is a proper way to do things in revit, and the walls most likely should have been drawn, with their corresponding materials/strustural/finsh/etc. However that didn't happen.

What is the easiest way to make all the walls which are structural show shaded, without changing their types. I notice there is the option to change basic walls to structural walls under properties, If I were to do yhis with all my basic walls that are in fact structural walls, would it be possible to then somehow, make those walls shaded or otherwise stand out on the floorplan?

Im thinking maybe this has something to do with filters, but Im feeling lost on how to do this?

    Any ideas?

Change the wall setting to structural as needed.
Now go to VG-overrides in your view, Filter tab.
    Click Edit/New > Add filter.
Name the filter "structural" or something
    Apply to category Walls.
Select Filter By Structural Usage > Bearing (which is the default RAC setting for structural walls)
    Ok.
In the list of available filters, select your filter and Ok.
In the filter tab Override the Cut Pattern to Solid and grey and you're done.
