Revit to Autocad export - issues

How to export Revit sheets/dwgs into Autocad?

I've been trying to export it into Autocad and things like these(a door nested in a door), 3d components tilting and mirroring themselves - errors like these are happening!

Where am I going wrong? What are the steps to follow to get a perfect export from Revit to Autocad?
I am using Revit 2012 and Autocad 2012.

    Please help.

I haven't seen these sorts of errors previously.

I did some exports of floor plans, sections and elevations this morning using the default settings and had no problems whatsoever.

Maybe a hardware issue? What spec is the computer you are using here?

HP ZR24w workstation with zeon processor and 8 gb ram.

What I do while exporting is that I export sheet sets to Autocad and not floorplan view wise. I want the titleblock-notes-schedules to come along with the export. So I export this way default setting.

Shouldn't be a problem either. I always export sheets like that. Might want to check your door families, maybe there's something wrong there?

I'm using the default door family that comes along with Revit in metric library.Click image for larger version

In that case: could you post (a part of) the project so we can test?

How to do it? The file size is some 32 mb. How do I post a part of the project?

Sorry I am still a learner.

Save as > Purge unused > Delete all geometry except the part with errors...

(there's no fancy button for it though...lol)
