Control printing linked CAD in Revit file by color

I have my details drawn in AutoCAD. All line thicknesses are controlled by color in AutoCAD. I linked that DWG file into my revit structure project.
Is there any way to print those details which have line thicknesses set by color in Revit?
    Thanks a lot.

Yes, but not automatically. You could create a new line style for each of the colours in Autocad and then assign a line weight to them. (It will take a bit of trial and error to get the printed thicknesses similar to the AutoCad output. Although I am sure you have heard this before, ultimately you will be better off by recreating your details as native revit families.
