Visibility of Schedules on Title Blocks

Is there a way of giving a title block schedule a visibility parameter? I'm creating a 1 title block fits all as I'm currently submitting drawings simaultanteously to authorities and builders.

Not really... The way I've worked around it, is by setting the schedule to no borders/lines (making it invisible, unless it contains data) and then manually adding the borders/lines as titleblock lines with a visibility parameter.

I think you can mask a schedule with opaque text(label) or a masking region. Either of these can have a vis parameter.
