    Toposurface - spot elevation

    Hello all,

I start to design my building in the elevation 0.0 having only the correct coordinates for X,Y. When I create my toposurface I give the correct elevation in the points, so the result was to have my building in sea level and my toposurface much higher than it.

I relocate my project but I realize that the toposurface move too. So I move the toposurface down to match with the building and after I relocate the project in the correct height.

Basicaly the toposurface returned in the same elevation. The problem now is that the elevation of the points have changed.
Any thoughts? Could you propose me something that I can do in order to have my building and also the toposurface in the correct elevation?

Sorry for my ignorance, it is the first time that I am create a whole project from start...

    Thank you in advance!

P.S. Now my project base point that is located in the corner of my building has X,Y,Z values and the Survez point has 0.0.0
