    Net Area Calculations

Other than an area plan and manually placed area lines, is there a quick way to get a net area calculation? For reference, this would go from wall face to wall face, excluding things like casework and equipment (barber chairs, therapy equipment, etc.)

Once upon a time there was an add in called Room Book for Revit. Not sure if it still exists, but I think it could do this type of thing.
