    Not show revision in sheet

    Hello!

I have created a revision with name E-PM 00x as picture 1 attached shows, and I selected "None" in column "Show". The tag is shown anyway in the sheet. Why is that? Dont "None" means that neither Tog or Cloud should be shown?

    Best regards Engineer

That column controls the visibility of the revision clouds and tags on the sheet, not the visibility in the revision schedule on the sheet. If you don't want the revision to show in the schedule, you will need to remove any revision clouds associated with it on the sheet. This makes sense, since if you don't want to see the revision anywhere on the sheet, there should not be any clouds on the sheet, yes?

A work around that I've used is if you set it to none and blank all the fields you can keep the clouds but not have it show in the schedule (I copy all the data into the issued to field, because we don't use it)

You could consider voting up these two Revit ideas that would allow you to hide revisions:
