I have noticed that with Revit 2017.2, whenever I link a .dwg detail to a project, the lineweights do not automatically change to reflect the same representation that they have in the .dwg itself. I have to go into the Object Styles and manually change it for every detail that I import. Anyone else have the same problem? Am I over looking something? This has never been a problem in the past.

Have you lost your Import Lineweights file?
There's a little-known and well-hidden option that sets your DWG Colors-Revit Lineweights mapping.
It's on that little tiny arrow at the bottom right of the Insert tab's Import panel:
I think by default, it's somewhere under C:\Program Files, but the dialog box will show you the path.
This is a simple text file that has a row for each Color specifying the Revit Lineweight.
First row is what lineweight is assigned to Color 1, second row is Color 2; etc, etc up to 256.Dave Plumb
