I remember reading a thread about using custom location parameters and calculated values in a schedule for when something isn't located in a room/space but needs a location. I implemented this in my companies schedules, but now I am updating them.
I am contemplating using the combined parameters function for schedules and think it is a good idea to replace the old method described. I think it would be less complicated to manage. I am wondering if there would be any disastrous downsides to moving to this method, or if I should just get to it.
