Wall location line

How come when you click on a wall its properties do not include the wall location line?
If you are changing a wall type and do not want the internal dimensions of the building to change surely you should be able to access this regardless of whether you want the external dimensions to change?

It's the first line of the wall properties. Are you seeing something different?

The grips also show up along the Location Line.

and the flip arrows are always on the exterior side of the wall.

And the flip mirrors through the location line.
