Document Revit Families into Porject

Hello Everyone
Running into problem documenting the custom doors/windows and generic model family with all shared parameters onto a project. Hereby Attaching few images showing the views in families ...the query is how to make the working drawing in exact same manner the way it appears in families ....Schedules has been made but how to locate the shared parameters ( specifically how to dimension it ) in project ...

Exactly like in the Family Editor? First thing that comes to mind is save a screenshot in the editor and put that image in a parameter in the family.

There must be a better way...

Editing Family Type Parameters for Separate Families

We can edit parameters in bulk from different families simultaneously if the parameters are shared. The same doesn't seem to be true for Family Type parameters......
