Show wall compositions on sheets only if they are referenced in the plan

    Hello all !

I searched the forum but couldn't find a post even close to this.
I was wondering if there is a way to tell revit to only show on a sheet only the wall compositions that are on that plan.
Example : On my ground floor, I have my M1 Exterior wall and my C1 and C2 for my interior walls, so only these 3 wall compositions would show on that sheet. Then lets say on the 2nd level I have a M1 and a M2 exterior wall with 3 types of interior walls so my composition list would be longer.

I guess I could do every type of wall in different legends and drag them one by one but it seems counterproductive.

    Thanks !

Wall legends on each sheet? Usually they are on one sheet in either the details area or G sheets...

I wouldn't have enough room on a sheet to have wall legends on each plan sheet.

I did it with walls on a mid size building (63units from memory) using the live element phase method and it was a NIGHTMARE. Waaaay too much work. Ever since then it's been a legend sheet or two. You CAN overdo Revit, unless you have unlimited time on your hands.
