Revit Architecture 2015 modify|place wall tab missing

Dear all,

I don't know what happened but I am missing the modify | place wall tab when I am preparing a wall.

I have attached a picture.



Normally, location line and base constraint are in this tab and now they are only in the properties browser.

Any help is greatly appreciated, I am completely lost.

Just found out the options bar is below the screen.
