    Roofs

    Being an old framer i could have built this quicker than i can draw it, can any one tell me the secret to joining these 2 roofs?

    Assuming your plate height is the same (hard to tell from the image), make the roof on the right and the connector from the same object instead of 2 separate objects.

      thanks for the response my problem is the 2 buildings are different widths making the run per foot shorter and we don't want to raise the smaller roof but thanks again i'm running 13 so cant see your sample. i have drawn another roof on top bet need to remove the lines not shure if thats possible. thanks again any more ideas would be great

          See if the attached images help.

          The other options are to use another roof like you have already done or start messing around with slope arrows.

            Use "Join" to get rid of the lines.
