Room tag - how to change the name for all the rooms with the previous name?

Hi

I have a question whether it is possible to change the name of a room which appears several times in a plan at ones or I need to do this one by one?
That's quite important, because I am doing a project of a hotel and I have for example 70 single rooms and 30 double rooms. For instants I have named a single room "III. single room" ("III." indicates a number of a building) but I want to change this "III" on "II", do I have to do this one by one or there is a way replace the name of all the rooms named like this? I need to change the number of a building and I would have to change the names of hundreds of rooms! Please, help me and save 1 hour of my life

You could create a Room Schedule sorted by Name and then uncheck the "Itemize every Instance" box.
That will collapse everything with the same name onto one line and you can re-type it there.

But can I do this with the existing ones or I should create a Room Schedule and then tag all the rooms again?

Tagging the Rooms again isn't going to accomplish anything. A Tag is simply a report on the information contained in the Element - in your case, the Room.
That's one the many beauties of Revit. Information is stored only once in the database and can be reported on many times, and in many different ways -whether that's a Plan, Elevation, 3D View, or Schedule. Those are all simply different ways of showing the Door or, Room or Furniture. But it's all only in the database once.
All you have to do is create a new Room Schedule. In fact, you hardly even have to "create" one. Just Duplicate your existing schedule and change the Sorting in the new one.
