If a user logs onto their computer remotely using RD Gateway, the PDF output is different than when printing in the office.
Any suggestions other than using BlueBeam?

I had a user just last week that reported the same thing.
Her Text got wider or bolder, or whatever that is, exactly like yours shows.
However, it's on an older Remote Desktop server that's about to get retired, so we didn't follow up. Never found out why.
But it looks to me like Arial Narrow got swapped out for regular Arial
