    Apply Phasing on a schedule

I have a schedule with the proper phase applied. When the schedule is placed on a sheet the phase is no longer applied. How can I correct this?

What type or category of schedule do you have here?

Did you change the phase filter?

It would be more useful to post a screen shot of the Schedule's Properties dialog than the sheet.

Also....are you using Aaron's doors? You need to add a filter for the frames not to schedule.

This model is from the architect. The PDF's they sent us show what was submitted BUT in the model itself, all of the doors are showing in the schedule also I have not changed the filter. As for the door types, there are 15 different kinds.. (I don't know what "Aaron's doors" are).

Re-reading your Original Post, are you saying it appears properly in the Schedule View, but you get twice as many when placed on the Sheet?
Or do both the Schedule View and the Sheet View have too many rows?
I've never seen one where they differ, but you did say:

Can you identify some parameter on the "extras" that would allow you to filter them out?
Again, a screen shot of the Schedule Properties would help.
