Productivity Tools

Hi,

I'm looking at productivity tools for Revit.

I'm in the market for a method of pushing/pulling data in and out of Revit so we can display schedules. Ideally I'd like to do this with existing schedules that don't relate to parameters in the Revit database.

Secondly I'm looking for a parameter manager that can control parameters, pushing them into multiple families in bulk etc.

I'm due to sit down with the decision makers at the firm I work on Monday and have the opportunity to review any methods or tools and source costs prior to the meeting.

So does anyone have any tools, plugins or software they would recommend looking at to address the above problems.

Spectrum or CTC BIM Manager Suite will handle the parameters in families. They both work well, although there are some programmatic differences.

KiwiCodes Bonus Tools and CTC Project Suite have tools to push/pull data from Excel and make dummy schedules. You can also use Dynamo for schedules but it has its own learning curve.
