Revit character search. An all inclusive equivalent to Ctrl + F

I am fairly sure this does not exist, but if I am wrong, please let me know.

Yes, I know that you can use the find and replace tool, but it only works with annotation characters. They ought to have a character search in Revit, similar searching for content in a webpage, word document, or a PDF where you can find any keyboard character on the page using Ctrl + F and it will highlight and count all instances. For example, I want to know how many times the words "office" appear in a certain view. Ideally, I would be able to do a ctrl + find and it would highlight all the places the text appears. Whether the word "office" appears in a room tag, a text note, or a detail name, I want to be able to find all those instances. Example two, I am working on a door schedule, and referencing a door with the tag "20A." I don't know where that door is on the plan on the top of my head, so it would be very convenient to be able to search where that text "20A" appears in the view so I can quickly find the location of the door. Right now, I have to print it to PDF and search for the text in the PDF and this is a huge disruption of workflow. Any ideas?

I apologize in advance if you think this is in the wrong forum, but I thought it would be helpful.

for the "find a door" issue, just use a door schedule, select the door and use Highlight in Model. My current project has over 400 storefront type doors spread over 65 enlarged plan views and the Architect's numbering system is rather convoluted (IMO) so this is the only way that I can ever quickly find a door
I'm retired, if you don't like it, go around!
