Hmm I've seen this before with another forum which I occasionally frequent (www.thedartsforum.co.uk - don't try and enter any login details on the popup as the site has been hacked and the owners have yet to fix it)
Similarities I've noticed between that site and here is:- Both forums use vbulletin
- Both sites started getting double post issues (pretty sure I saw that here)
2. was never tracked down what was the problem. For some reason I thought it might be due to an addon some users have on a specific browser as the double posts only happened for some people.Comment

Same thing here, on chrome. I was blaming on our IT guy lol, anyway on IE it works fine, a little bit slow but better than Nothing
