So the Material Editor is taking FOREVER to open a lot of the time.
If I'm in a 3D view in realistic mode, it's much worse. But even opening up a blank drafting view, and closing everything else, it's still way slower to edit materials than it was before.
Anyone else struggling with this? I'd like to solve this one. It's a newish computer, big fat Nvidia GeForce 560 Ti w/latest drivers & a Intel i7. No slouch. However, the graphics card is unsupported for Revit.
If I turn off the graphics acceleration & restart Revit, it returns to normal speed. EDIT: Actually, this doesn't seem to matter. What does matter is if I'm in a view or not and what material I'm picking. Insane!
This is the only issue I'm having, 3D views with Acceleration on are working wonderfully.
So: just me? Anyone else? Anyway to fix this (other than get a card that's supported, which would be slower and more expensive than what I've got right now GOD DAMMIT)?
