Finish Group dialog disappearing?

Has anyone else noticed that when they start editing a group the panel with the Finish/Cancel Group disappears from the screen?

I've had one other user notice this and just had it start happening to me. The only way to get out of it is to undo the start of editing the group. We've closed all windows, tiled them, maximized them, but nothing we've tried has helped.

Using 2011, update 2. GeForce 8800 GTX video card.

I looked in the keyboard shortcuts but was looking for a command that had Group in it not just 'Finish' and 'Cancel'.

This method is correct, but I feel that it does too much. Go to View - User Interface - Check "Recent Files" - Modify - User Interface Uncheck "Recent Files" this will make it come back.
