true north, project north, ... can I create a "site north"? (arbitrary view rotation)

I've got a project that has a rectangular property line which is more or less the same proportion as a D-size sheet, but is not aligned to either project or true north. I'd like to rotate the site view some arbitrary angle to align with the sheet orientation. The only options I've been able to find are for 90d clockwise and 90d counterclockwise rotations. Is there any way to rotate a view by an arbitrary angle? If so, my next question is going to be about annotation...

I guess what I'm really asking is this: Is there a way to define a "site north" (or other, arbitrary norths) in addition to true north and project north? My guess is no, but want to ask in case I'm overlooking something obvious.

    Thanks.

I believe most of us here would say that you should not conform your project to your sheets. Draw your project in the easiest orientation for drafting over all, and then rotate your crop regions to get them to look as you want on the sheets.

That's what I was forgetting: rotate crop regions. Thank you.

Also, it appears that you can only rotate a crop region if the view is set to display "project north", not "true north". All existing annotations get rotated so it seems that it's best to rotate the crop region before adding annotations.

      Thanks again.
