Beginner Revit. Problem with wall joining

Can anybody help with wall joining?

Did you create the current shape of the wall using an edited profile, attach to roof, or something else? Edited profile edges sometimes join oddly or not at all. With the second image I suspect that the wall is joining to the wall correctly at the ground and that location is carrying up to the top to produce a gap.

There's a couple of things I can think of that you could try:
-Unjoin the walls (by several feet) and then use the extend tool to encourage them to join correctly. This works best on junctions of two walls
-Split the wall into several pieces, one going from the ground to the underside of the center roof, and then 2 upper pieces going from that level and attaching to the roof
